A relatively small DIY festival in the countryside of Drenthe, the Netherlands. Vogelpop is not your typical music festival, not only do they feature all kinds of underground music, from hiphop to punkrock and techno dj’s to singer/songwriters, they also have a bunch of artists performing like theatre, stand-up, poetry or just plain weird acts.. each year is a surprise..
Ohh wait.. you thought that was all? Hell nah.. the have graffiti, a campsite, they build everything from scratch and the have the sketchiest, crayziest skatepark you can imagine someone can build in a week time on a wobbly field.
